GYS GALAXY 220M C XL

GALAXY 250M-C is a single-phase multi-process inverter welder. Its pulsed MIG/MAG mode offers very precise control of the welding arc, reducing the deformation of the workpieces to be welded. Pulsed synergies increase welding speed and reduce projection, improving the aesthetics of the weld bead. Excellent for welding thin aluminium and stainless steel.

WELDING PROCESSES

MIG / MAG pulsed:

- steel wire: Ø 0.6 to 1.0 mm

- stainless steel wire: Ø 0.8 to 1.0 mm

- aluminium wire: Ø 0.8 to 1.2 mm

- flux-cored wire (reverse polarity): Ø 0.9 to 1.2 mm

MMA DC / Pulsed: basic and rutile electrodes.

TIG DC Lift / Pulsed.

MIG/MAG PREMIUM WELDING 4 welding modes:

- Standard: ideal for simple and fast welding applications;

- Pulsed: reduces spatter and rework in all welding positions;

- ModulArc: ideal for the assembly of aluminium alloys requiring impeccable aesthetics;

- Manual: suitable for experienced welders and welding within a DMOS. Digital arc control with instant start and no cratering at the end of the bead. Pulsed arc allows welding speeds up to 30% higher. 4-rolls wire feeder with digital encoder for perfect unwinding.

+40 synergies on a range of materials: steel, AlMg, AlSi, CrNi, CuSi. New intuitive and multilingual 3.5‘’ HMI. Complete machine and synergy updates via USB stick. Memory for up to 200 welding programs (Job) for repetitive tasks. Portability function, with the possibility of loading/saving/transporting user JOBS and machine configuration from a USB stick. Traceability of all welding seams in accordance with EN 3834. Welding accessory calibration mode to adjust the displayed voltage. User mode for sharing the product with several welders.
