HELVI GALILEO 200 KIT IN HARD CASE

A compact welder, weighing only 6 kg, it is easy to transport and handle thanks to the practical bag that comes with the power source.

Galileo 200 is a DC welding power source for coated electrode and TIG trigger lift welding. Ideal for professional use, excellent for maintenance and material carry-over thanks to a high duty cycle; supports the use of rutile, basic, stainless steel, cast iron, etc. electrodes.

Maximum current 200 A

Excellent for welding coated electrodes with diameters from 1.6 to 5 mm. Helvi Galileo 200 has a high duty cycle and can work at 140 A at 100% and 160 A at 60%.

Galileo 200 is equipped with a self-protection device against overvoltage and overtemperature.

Thanks to the self-protection devices, it can be connected to long power lines or generators.

The generator is equipped with the most advanced automatic systems to help the operator during welding:

HOT-START : voltage peak during initiation to facilitate the ignition of the welding arc, very useful for the ignition of basic coated electrodes.

ANTI-STICK : automatic system which prevents the electrode from sticking to the base material.

ARC-FORCE : device that increases the force of the arc; useful when the operator is welding in particular positions.

The generator, with 50 mm2 DINSE, can weld iron and stainless steel using a TIG torch (optional) with Lift 

The Galileo 200 welder is supplied with:

• Electrode holder clamp with 3 metre cable and 25 mm2,
• Earth clamp with 2 metre cable and 25 mm2,
• Capacious reinforced canvas bag, ideal for transporting the welder and accessories
