HELVI FOX 185 FLEX-LINE

Fox 185 is equipped with HELVI's patented FLEX LINE technology, which guarantees a high power factor and energy savings of +/- 35%; in addition, the Fox 185, thanks to the PFC system, automatically compensates the variations in the mains power supply.

The welding machine has a small size and easy to transport. It can be used with 100 and 200 mm wire coils.

FOX 185 FLEX-LINE is a multi-process DC welding machine for MIG/MAG, electrode MMA and TIG process.

It has a duty cycle of 110A at 60% and a maximum current of 170A and it’s suitable for applications in different sectors, from light industry to maintenance services, but also excellent for use in DIY and car body shop.

Synergic mode is veru easy to use and thanks to HELVI's pre-set adjustments, the user has only to select the thickness and material to be welded

The connection of the MIG/MAG torch is EURO type and it’s possible to connect an electrode MMA holder or a TIG torch with gas control valve.

The wire welding adjustment can also be set in manual mode; the operator has to adjust the wire speed and the welding voltage.

Possibility to reverse the polary and change from gas to NO GAS flux-cored welding.

Slope-up and Burn Back Time adjustables.

FOX 185 FLEX-LINE has been equipped with automatic HOT-START, ARC-FORCE, ANTI-STICK electronic systems in order to help the operator during MMA electrode welding. It is suitable to weld MMA electrodes with a diameter between 1.6 and 3.2 mm.

The new version of HELVI FOX 185 FLEX-LINE is supplied with:
