TELWIN Maxima 270 Synergic

TELWIN Maxima 270 Synergic is a multi-process inverter welding machine that allows continuous wire welding (MIG/MAG-FLUX) and, thanks to the 50 mm² DINSE connections on the front, also allows the operator to use an MMA electrode holder or a TIG torch with valve.

TELWIN Maxima 270 Synergic is a highly versatile welding generator designed for maintenance work. The generator is solid and compact.

Maxima 270 can be powered by a motor generator and is equipped with thermostatic, overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent protection systems.

The welder has a good duty cycle of 220A at 20% and 130A at 60%.

Maxima 270 is equipped with SYNERGIC technology and the control panel is very easy to use thanks to the intuitive table inside the reel compartment door. By following the parameters indicated for the material, shielding gas and wire thickness, the welder can easily adjust the welder for optimal welding.

Maxima 270 can perform TIG welding by equipping the generator with a torch with a valve on the handle to control gas delivery.

This TIG is direct current and therefore allows welding of iron and stainless steel (not aluminium) with excellent aesthetic results. The arc is ignited by touching the piece with the tungsten. The gas to be used is argon.

Maxima 270 can weld with MMA coated electrodes using rutile, basic, stainless steel and cast iron electrodes, with various electronic controls such as Anti-stick and Hot Start. The Arc-force adjustment is adjustable and allows you to increase the arc voltage to facilitate electrode welding or to weld in particular positions.
