HELVI SPARC 200 KIT IN PLASTIC CASE

A small welder, weighing only 4 kilograms, it is easily transportable and manoeuvrable with a simple and intuitive control panel. Sparc 200 is a DC welding power source for coated electrode welding, ideal for do-it-yourself welding or light maintenance; it supports the use of rutile, basic, stainless, cast iron electrodes.

Excellent for welding coated electrodes with diameters from 1.6 to 4 millimetres. Helvi Sparc 200 has a duty cycle of 100 amps at 100 % and 25 % at maximum current of 200 A. It can be used at high current with the 3KW of the domestic mains and allows intensive welding of 2.5 and 3.2 mm diameter rutile electrodes.

The generator is equipped with the most advanced automatic systems to help the operator during welding:

HOT-START : voltage peak during ignition to facilitate the ignition of the welding arc, very useful for the ignition of basic coated electrodes.

ANTI-STICK : automatic system which prevents the electrode from sticking to the base material.

ARC-FORCE : device that increases the force of the arc; useful when the operator is welding in particular positions.

Enables DC TIG welding for steel and stainless steel with optional torch with valve and lift trigger.

Helvi Sparc 200 welding machine is supplied ready to use, the generator is sold including:

• electrode holder clamp with cable 3 metres and 16 mmq,
• grounding pliers with 2 metre cable and 16 mmq,
• a hammer/brush for cleaning the slag,
