TELWIN MAXIMA 200 SYNERGIC

TELWIN Maxima 200 Synergic is a multi-process inverter welding machine for wire welding (MIG/MAG-FLUX), MMA and TIG DC.

On the front of the welding generator there is a quick connector to change the polarity in a few seconds and change from gas welding to NO GAS flux-cored wire welding.

TELWIN Maxima 200 Synergic is suitable for maintenance work and light installations. The power source is robust and compact and easily transportable to all workplaces.

Maxima 200 can be powered by a motorgenerator; it’s protected with thermostatic, overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent self-protection systems.

The welding machine has a good duty cycle of 140A at 20% and 80A at 60% .

Maxima 200 is equipped with SYNERGIC technology and the control panel is very easy to use and set.

Maxima 200 can weld with the TIG process, equipping the generator with a Tig torch with valve to control the gas flow. This TIG process is in direct current and permits the welding of iron, stainless steel (not aluminium) with excellent aesthetic results. The arc ignition is LIFT by touching the tungsten to the base material. The gas to be used is argon.

Maxima 200 can weld rutile, basic, stainless steel, cast iron MMA coated electrodes. Maxima 200 is equipped with electronic devices as Anti-stick and Hot Start; the arc-force is adjustable.
