HELVI MINIFOX 161

miniFox 161 is a single-phase inverter welding machine for continuous wire process welding; Helvi has designed this product for the Do-It-Yourselfer, ideal for light work and installations on iron and stainless steel.

Helvi miniFox 161 has a maximum current of 150A .

The welder is fully exploitable with the 3 kW, even for high amperage use, and has a duty cycle of 90 A at 60%, allowing the operator to work continuously on good sheet metal thicknesses.

The welder is supplied with everything needed for gas-free welding (FLUX), but thanks to the quick connector for changing polarity on the front, miniFox 161 can be converted in seconds for use with MIG/MAG gas protection and steel, stainless steel wire.

miniFox 161 is easy to transport and use outdoors, weighs 8 kg and is compact in size; the generator can accommodate coils up to 100 mm in diameter.

The control panel is easy to understand thanks to the synergic settings developed by HELVI. Simply select the thickness of the material to be welded and the current and wire speed are delivered automatically according to Helvi's welding tables. The operator has the possibility to correct the wire speed with the second potentiometer in order to better adapt the welding according to his needs.

miniFox 161 has various self-protection systems against overvoltage and overcurrent; it can also be powered using a correctly sized motor generator.

- No-gas flux cored wire reel 500gr, diameter 0.9mm
