TELWIN TECHNOMIG 260 DUAL SYNERGIC

TELWIN Technomig 260 Dual Synergic is a multi-process inverter welding machine with a choice of welding processes: MMA, MIG/MAG, FLUX, TIG on a wide range of materials: iron, stainless steel, aluminium, cast iron.

Technomig 260 is suitable for medium/light carpentry, but it finds an advantageous application also in the car bodywork shop thanks to the innovative ATC system.

The ATC technology allows to create welds, pointing and filling of material with a very reduced deformation compared to a traditional welding.

It is possible to use wire coils with diameters of 300 and 200 millimetres. With the optional adapter (part number 990703) it is possible to fit 100 millimetre coils.

Technomig 260 has an LCD display, a Euro connection for the MIG/MAG torch, two 50 mmq DINSE connections that allow the connection of a LIFT ignition TIG torch equipped with an Argon gas valve.

The welder generates a maximum current of 220 amperes; the duty cycle is 220A at 20% and 130A at 60%.

There are electronic systems for thermostatic self-protection, overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent in order to make Technomig 260 Dual Synergic usable also with the aid of the motorgenerator.

Adjustment of the mig/mag welding parameters has been simplified thanks to the ONE TOUCH LCD SYNERGY technology, which allows the operator to customise the arc length. This function allows the final shape of the weld rod (shown on the display) to be modified according to the welder's style.

TELWIN Technomig 260 Dual Synergic can adjust professional settings as Wire Slope up, Electronic Reactance, Burn back time, Post gas, 2/4 strokes.

Technomig 260 is equipped with systems that support the operator during MMA electrode welding to make welding easier and obtain better results: HOT-START, ANTI-STICK, ARC-FORCE.

Technomig 260 Dual Synergic is supplied with:
