HELVI FOX 191

Helvi Fox 191 is a multi-process inverter synergic welder that is suitable for a variety of processes thanks to a duty cycle of 75A at 100% and 180A at 20% and is ideal for maintenance and light installations or for private use.

The welding generator is well built, compact and with a weight of 10.5 kg it is easy to transport and handle; the control panel has been completely renewed compared to the previous model for intuitive and quick synergic adjustment.

Fox 191 can use wire spools with a diameter of 100 and 200 millimetres. Thanks to the quick polarity change in the coil compartment, it is possible to switch from welding with gas protection to welding with the FLUX no-gas flux cored wire.

In MIG/MAG welding it is possible to weld in synergic mode; current and wire speed are automatically delivered according to Helvi's preset parameters based on the thickness of the material to be welded.

It is possible to adjust the welding parameters in manual mode as in conventional welding machines, by setting the wire speed and welding voltage.

Fox 191 welder is equipped with two 25 mm square Dinse connections to allow connection of the earth clamp and the MMA electrode holder clamp.

It can weld rutile and basic electrodes from Ø 1.6 to 3.25 mm for iron, stainless steel, cast iron, etc.

Helvi Fox 191 welding machine is equipped with devices that support the operator during the most complicated stages of MMA welding: ARC FORCE, HOT START, ANTI-STICK.

It is possible to equip the welder with a Tig torch with valve and Lift trigger for direct current welding of iron and stainless steel (no aluminium).
