The SKYLINE 1500 is an MMA electrode welding power source designed to satisfy even the most demanding professional. At the same time it can be used with extreme ease even by the less experienced welder, while still guaranteeing excellent results every time.
The innovative technology adopted, the special care taken in construction and the use of the latest generation materials and components have enabled a reduction in weight, space requirements and energy absorption, increasing reliability, performance and welding characteristics.
In addition to the excellent execution of welds with standard electrodes (rutile, basic, stainless steel, aluminium, etc.), Skiline 1500 allows the use of cellulosic electrodes, with results that always meet expectations.
It can also be used in DC TIG mode with lift trigger. The simple and intuitive control panel allows quick settings and precise measurement of welding parameters, ensuring quality and process repeatability.
In electrode welding, the following are adjustable: Hot Start for easy triggering of the coated electrodes, and Arc Force, to prevent sticking of the electrodes during welding.
Protected against overheating, overvoltage and overload. In the event of overvoltage, the generator disconnects itself from the grid by switching off. The fault detected will be signalled the next time it is switched on. In addition, thanks to the innovative input power control function, it is suitable for use with any generator set, even low-power ones, making maximum use of all available energy.
Supplied complete with shoulder strap and plastic carry case.
