DECA MIGA 215

Deca Miga 215 is a multi-process inverter welding machine for MIG/MAG welding. Thanks to the frontal Dinse connections, it is possible to carry out MMA and TIG LIFT welding in direct current. On the front side there is a quick connector for polarity change, to convert the process from gas protection to flux-cored wire welding.

With a 9 kg weight it is easily transportable; this welding machine can store from 100mm up to 200mm wire coils (500gr – 5kg).

Deca Miga 215 is an excellent welding generator for light maintenance or for the DIY user. The maximum current is 130 Ampere, fully exploitable with the 3Kw. Deca 215 has a duty cycle of 70A at 60% and 110A at 25%.

The control panel is intuitive and easy to understand; thanks to the synergic table, the operator can adjust the welder in a synergic way with the parameters recommended by Deca in relation to the thickness of the material to be welded.  Wire speed and welding current will be adjusted automatically by the power source.

Regulation of MIG/MAG welding can also be set in manual mode, as on older generation welding machines, by setting the wire feed speed and arc voltage.

Deca has equipped Miga 215 with automatic systems that support the operator during MMA electrode welding to simplify the welding process :

MIGA 215 can weld in TIG process on iron and stainless steel in DC direct current, by connecting a TIG torch (optional) with a valve to set the Argon flow. The ignition is LIFT type by touching the tungsten on the base material.
