With the revolutionary TH3/TM3 optrel swiss air fan-assisted respiratory protection, you will experience a new level of respiratory protection. The system continuously supplies clean air, reliably protects against pollutants such as smoke, fine dust or viruses, and allows you to carry out any activity without the need for other protective equipment.

At its heart is a high-tech ventilated half mask that completely covers the mouth and nose, assists with positive pressure and thus eliminates breathing fatigue. Individually adjustable, it requires no fitting tests, is ultra-lightweight and comfortable. In combination with the intelligent rear ventilation system, you will constantly be in an ‘overpressure air system’, allowing you to enjoy health, energy and maximum freedom in every job.

The optrel swiss air respiratory protection system provides clean air in your environment, allowing you to breathe freely as you normally would only be able to do outdoors, in nature.

The central element of optrel's Swiss Air Blower respiratory protection system is a ventilated half mask that completely covers the mouth and nose area and supplies it with purified air. An air space is created around the mouth and nose which, thanks to the overpressure, facilitates breathing for the user and eliminates strenuous breathing resistance.

The half mask, made of high-tech fabric, is designed so that it can be individually and perfectly adjusted thanks to a freely adjustable headband. This concept eliminates the need for complex fit tests, which are common with conventional half masks.

Clean air is supplied via a Y-tube from a miniaturised ventilation system, which can be comfortably worn on the back thanks to a carrying unit. In this way, the user is constantly in an “overpressure air system” that permanently protects the respiratory tract from contaminated air.

Swiss Air filter

In workplaces where hazardous substances such as fine dust, gases, vapours or fumes are often present, it is particularly important to use adequate respiratory protection. To provide optimum protection for the user, two specific versions of Swiss Air respiratory protection are available.

The main filters have the following properties:

- The particle filter primarily filters pollutants from the air. These include fine dust, smoke, vapours and viruses. These are often formed during welding, grinding, cutting or drilling various materials. As a rule, this type of filter is often lighter than a combination filter and therefore offers greater comfort. It is also easy to install and replace.

- The ABE1P combination filter also offers particularly high protection against gases, aerosols and viruses, which frequently occur in certain work processes, for example when handling chemicals or solvents. A combination filter of this type offers comprehensive protection when the use of different materials involves different sources of danger.
