The door included in the PROTECT system allows you to enter and exit the designated work area easily without dismantling or compromising the structure of the protective screens. This practical solution ensures easy access whilst maintaining the integrity of the entire screening system.

The laser welding workstation enclosure is a professional system of mobile protective screens, specifically designed for use with Class 4 lasers. Thanks to its quick assembly and flexible configuration, creating a safe work area has never been easier.

HIGH STANDARD OF OPTICAL PROTECTION

The screens are made from protective materials certified in accordance with standards DIN EN 12254:2012-4 and EN 60825-4:2006. The product offers effective protection against laser radiation in the 1050–1400 nm wavelength range, meeting the following protection classes: D AB7 + I AB8 + R AB6 + M AB8Y GDLS>1050-1400 nm, 280 mW/m² (>1050-1400, 100 sec). This makes PROTECT suitable even for the most demanding laser environments.

MOBILITY AND CONFIGURATION FLEXIBILITY

The PROTECT system is designed for maximum mobility. Each screen is fitted with sturdy swivel castors with brakes, allowing it to be repositioned and arranged quickly in various configurations. This enables the creation of temporary or semi-permanent protective areas within production halls or workshops.

INTEGRATED VIEWING WINDOW

PROTECT screens are also available with an integrated viewing window, compliant with current safety standards. The special filter panel allows you to safely observe processes within the work area without the risk of exposure to laser radiation. This is a practical solution for workstations that require continuous visual monitoring of equipment in operation.
