GYS Progys 200 FV

Designed for the most demanding professionals, the PROGYS 200 FV is a 200 A single-phase inverter welder with three welding processes: MMA, MMA Pulse, and TIG Lift. Its digital display allows for ultra-precise current adjustment, ensuring high-quality welds on steel, cast iron, and stainless steel.

Thanks to Flexible Voltage (FV) technology, it guarantees a perfectly stable electric arc, even in the event of significant fluctuations in mains voltage (from 85 to 265 V) or when used with a construction site extension cord.

3 WELDING MODES

  • MMA: Welds all rutile and basic electrodes, as well as stainless steel and cast iron (up to Ø 5 mm).
  • Pulsed MMA: ideal mode for vertical-up welding (pipes/ducts, etc.). The frequency and cold current percentage can be adjusted.
  • TIG Lift for precision work on thin sheets using a valve-equipped torch

4 WELDING AID FUNCTIONS

  • Adjustable Hot Start.
  • Adjustable Arc Force.
  • Anti-sticking
  • Adjustable DownSlope in TIG: A simple upward flick of the wrist triggers the downslope, allowing the weld to end smoothly and correctly.

USER PROTECTION

The VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) can be activated to reduce the no-load output voltage to < 35 V.

IDEAL FOR CONSTRUCTION SITES

  • Compatible with extension cables up to 100 m.
  • Ventilation tunnel to reduce dust intake.
  • Reinforced body and shock-absorbing pads.
  • Compact and easy to move on site.
