TELWIN TECHNOMIG 225 DUAL SYNERGIC

TELWIN Technomig 225 Dual Synergic is an inverter multi-process welding machine on wheels suitable for different welding process: MMA, MIG/MAG, FLUX, TIG Lift, on a wide range of materials: iron, stainless steel, aluminium, cast iron.

Technomig 225 can be used in many application areas, from maintenance to carpentry, but it finds a specific application in the car body shop thanks to the ATC system.

This welding technology consists of an accurate regulation of the welding arc. The ATC technology makes it possible to weld with reduced deformation. This is a ‘cold’ welding arc, which is also used for brazing.

The welding machine is strong and easy to move thanks to the practical rubber wheels and it can be equipped with wire coils with diameters of 300 and 200 mm. With the adapter (optional code 990703) it is possible to use 100 mm coils.

Technomig 225 has a LCD display, an Euro connection for MIG/MAG torch and two DINSE 50mmq connections to be used with an electrode holder  for MMA welding or a TIG torch with LIFT ignition and Argon gas valve.

It has a maximum current of 220 A and a ducy cycle of 180A at 20% and 100A at 60%.

There are electronic systems for thermostatic self-protection, overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent in order to make Technomig 225 Dual Synergic to be used also with an motogenerator.

TELWIN Technomig 225 Dual Synergic has different professional settings such as slope up, electronic reactance, burn back time, post gas, 2/4 strokes.

MMA electronic devices are available: HOT-START, ANTI-STICK, ARC-FORCE.

Technomig 225 Dual Synergic is supplied with:

- 1 Mig 180A torch ( 3 metres);

- 1 ground clamp with 3 meters cable;

- 1 steel/stainless steel wire feed roll Ø 0.6 and 0.8 mm;

- 1 steel/stainless steel contact tip Ø 0.8 mm;

- 1 gas hose.
