ESAB ROGUE ES 180i PRO

Esab Rogue ES 180i PRO is a DC inverter welding machine, ideal for welding a wide range of metals, using the MMA welding process and TIG DC (no aluminium) with LIFT start.

Compact, durable welding machine with a high degree of protection against humidity and dust (IP23S), suitable for professional use.

Thanks to its high-quality components, Esab Rogue ES 180i PRO is able to generate a precise and constant welding arc, which allows the weld puddle to be managed perfectly.

Esab Rogue ES 180i PRO is operated by a microprocessor that precisely controls all functions and provides the best welding performance.

Maximum welding current of 180 A and a duty cycle of 116 A at 60%, allowing the operator to weld coated electrodes with diameters between 1.6 and 4 mm.

Esab has integrated the PFC device into the Rogue ES 180i PRO, which stabilises fluctuations of the supply current and allows it to be powered using a motorgenerator or connected to large extension cables.

The control panel of Esab Rogue ES 180i PRO is easy to understand even for not expert users, thanks to the LCD screen, which allows a precise reading of the selected welding parameters. There are two leds: one to signal the activation of the thermal protection and the other one to signal the activation of the VRD, an important device on construction sites that can be activated by contacting ESAB customer service.

From the control panel of Esab Rogue ES 180i PRO it is possible to customize the percentage of Hot-Start and Arc-Force needed to better adapt to the welding style of the operator.

On the front of Esab Rogue ES 180i PRO there are 2 Dinse 50 mmq connections for the electrode holder and earth clamp, but it is also possible to connect a TIG torch with valve to control the gas flow.

It’s possible to connect an optional remote control.
