TELWIN Maxima 230 Synergic

The TELWIN Maxima 230 Synergic is a multi-process inverter welder that enables continuous wire welding with gas (MIG/MAG) and, thanks to the 25 mm² DINSE connectors on the front panel, also allows the operator to use an MMA electrode holder or a TIG torch with a valve.

The TELWIN Maxima 230 Synergic is a highly versatile welding generator, designed for light-duty welding and maintenance work.

The Maxima 230 can be powered by a generator; it features built-in protection against overheating, overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent.

The welder has a good duty cycle of 180A at 20% and 10A at 60%.

The Maxima 230 is equipped with SYNERGIC technology and the control panel is very easy to use thanks to the intuitive table located inside the coil compartment door. By following the specified parameters for the material, shielding gas and wire thickness, the welder can easily adjust the machine for optimal welding.

The Maxima 230 can perform TIG welding by equipping the power source with a torch featuring a valve on the handle to control gas flow.

This TIG welder operates on direct current and therefore allows welding of iron and stainless steel (not aluminium) with excellent aesthetic results. Arc striking is of the LIFT type, achieved by touching the workpiece with the tungsten electrode. The gas to be used is argon.

The Maxima 230 can weld using MMA coated electrodes, including rutile, basic, stainless steel and cast iron electrodes, with various electronic controls such as Anti-stick and Hot Start. The Arc-force setting is adjustable, allowing the arc voltage to be increased to facilitate welding with these electrodes or to weld in awkward positions.
